    Art nouveau heavy christal vase made by Fritz Heckert glasworks. The straight almost abstract styly of the graphic artist Ludwig Sutterlin is very avantgarde for the time. The motiv is ennamelled and the lines aroud it are deeply engraved in the christal to make the lines even more tight.

    Ludwig Sütterlin fue un artista gráfico, escritor y pedagogo alemán de Lahr, Alemania. Sütterlin estudió en el 'Unterrichtsanstalt des Kunstgewerbemuseums' o en la Academia de Artes Aplicadas de Berlín. Más tarde enseñaría en la Escuela de Artesanía de Berlín.
